What is YOUR favorite .45 under $1000?

Spartan IV....fun gun to shoot, won't break the bank, all the right features and nice and tight.

This. Buy a set of aluminum grips to fit smaller hands and you have great gun.

I'm probably going to buy a new .45 ACP by Monday, I have a CZ75 SP-01 Shadow and I love it...Now I'm considering the CZ95B however I have medium sized hands...So, I love the looks of the CZ but also like the G21. I had a G17 that I sold to get the CZ because it was heavier which I like so my tendency is to go with the CZ...what do y'all think?? Oh, and where can I get the Aluminum grips if I go the CZ route?? VZ??

You can try CRAFM on the dealer network above, or try CZ Europe for 130.00 bucks. Got mine in 5 days.

My favorite .45's are two Springfield's, an old NM serialed standard model, and a current-style Mil Spec. Both bought used, both had trigger jobs (unknown smith) before I got them. Along with them, I love shooting my old Brazilian contract S&W 1917 and my Gen 3 G21.

Sadly my fav .45 costs more then a $1000...maybe if you got extremely lucky one used without any mags might go for that :p

M&P 45. Whatever your choice will be try to handle the gun first to see if you like how it feels like in your hand. There is a huge difference between a 1911 and a M&P.
