I have 2 that are my favorite:

LE No.5 Jungle Carbine
I like it because it is basically a cut down full length rifle shortened to be handy withing 100 yards. In the street fighting and close in action in the jungle. Also has the sweet looking muzzle flash hider.

The SVT-40
Is my other favorite. Just the look of it is scary. Then you hear it shoot and man what a miserable beast. The look is the main thing for me it looks like a custom gun shop of today took an old rifle and added muzzle brake, vented hand guard and removable magazine along with scope rail. But the Russian already pimped it from the factory.
 
Svt40 is my favourite that I own, my Enfield a close second. I will be picking up a couple more Russians soon so we'll see is a new one rises to the top of the list.
 
Favorite to shoot?

ANY milsurp.I love them just the way they are made:wherever,whenever and by whomever.

Currently I'm having fun with new ACE mold 316446 and 1933 MN-boy, can this rifle shoot.
 
I own and shoot more than a few milsurps. Most accurate is probably a M38 Swede. Couple somewhat unique ones are a M99 Arisaka, 1936 MAS and a Spanish "destroyer" carbine. But if you want to attract attention at the range and make a bunch of guys happy let them fire a clip or two through your Garand.
