What is your favorite Type 81 (sorry for any that I might have missed)

Vote for your favorite type 81. I like the underfolder for the look alone. Although I'm really starting to have my eye on the dragnov marksman rifle. Maybe in the future.

I have a fixed stock wich i like very much but my favorite is my LMG. Well built overall,some weight and just look awesome!

LMG checks a lot of boxes... Amazing sight picture and cheek weld with stock irons. Have the sr and its more accurate but the lmg is a beast. The two new ones on are on the way so my vote may change.

If I could do it again, I'd buy the side folder and would find a way to put on /alter to a true triangular ak74 style folder

I like the looks of the new 81m fixed stock the most, but I've never handled or owned any.

The SR may likely become my favorite once i got laminate PSL furniture on her, Im going to shorten the upper handguard by an inch or so to help with the look.

The LMG Tabuk Sniper Clone is currently my fav and is a good balance of many things. Ergos, size and accuracy on par with the SR. The new Type 81M fixed stocks will essentially be a cleaner version of this that has a barrel 1.3" shorter. (although the bluing on the LMG is superior to whatever the hell they did to the Type 81Ms )

Someone needs to find just the right length and angle vernier tang sight and mount it to one of the wood stocked Type 81's.....

I've got one that might fit the bill but no Type 81 to try it on.

The laminate furniture would look awesome on your SR, are you making your own or fitting an original stock?

And your Tabuk sniper clone.... wow it looks great! Your photos make me want to buy more Type 81s

Those are the nicest and best quality ones. The current M models are such a bad quality.
