I would love to see some pics and description of use.

Im leaning towards a Vortex Strike Eagle for me. Im not to sure about the 20-200 cross hair notch though lmao.

It has a BDC but who knows how useful it will be... This will go on my tavor for range fun and yote smacking.

Ive been reviewing the options and there are so many. So lets see what you guys have and what their main use is !

Tavor: Leupold MK AR 1.5-4 firedot
Sig M400 AR: Aimpoint Micro H1
Colt IUR: Aimpoint Pro
Frankin Gun 18" AR: Bushnell Elite Tactical 1-6.5 FFP BTR2
10.5: Aero SBR: Vortex Sparc AR
CZ858: Holosun 403C

Ive got a spare Eotech XPS2 sitting in the safe....not sure where thats gonna go though

Main use: Punching holes in paper shooting CQB style
 
Tried quite a few

Was really sold on the eotech. And would probably still be my first choice, however I'm warming up to the aimpoints

Have a 518, which is my favourite, as well as a 512

Trying out 2 H1's and an H2. Really like the H2

Recently purchased an MRO which looks promising, but haven't taken it to the range yet

Mepro light dissapointed me with the M21, however I am Extremely surprised with how much I actually love the M5. Kind of best of both worlds between the eotech and Aimpoint. Get a nice 1.something Moa single dot close to an Aimpoint, with the FOV of an eotech

If looking for something to #### around with, I would highly suggest giving it a try for cqb
 
My astigmatism has me looking at the Vortex Spitfire AR 1x for my M&P 15. Testing it at the counter seems to agree with my old eyes. Going to take in my carbine, mount it and have a look, so the sales guys suggests. Red dots are comet tails.
 
Mepro MOR + Vortex 3x magnifier on the Tavor and a Nikon P300 BLK 2-7x BDC on the AR. Magnification is now mandatory for these old(er) eyes of mine lol...

Aimpoint PRO on my AR. I use it from 0-400m. 3guns, CQB, plinking or just regular shooting. I also use my irons sights.
OKO sight for the VZ58. 0-300m, same use as the AR.
 
I had an Eotech EXPS 2-2 with magnifier and loved it but then I looked through an Elcan spectre, had to upgrade. FOV and clarity are incredible and unmatched by anything else I have used. Range holdovers are bang on to at least 500m as well.

You get what you pay for, good prices on the EE for the os4x specters right now.
 
no magnification: aimpoint t1
magnification: ACOG, ta33 mostly but I have 2 ta11 and 1 ta32

I own 5 aimpoints t1 and 9 acogs, so yes close to 25k invested in optics.

I used to have a spectre, too heavy and it was always on 4x

If you are going to run an optic and you find you're always on 1x, get an aimpoint, if you find you are always on 3x or 4x get an acog.
 
I've been outfitting all my rifles with Vortex 1-8x strike eagles.
I like the reticle and the magnification is nice while still being cheap enough to get numerous for each rifle
 
i did not think there would be so much love for the eotech.

i love my exps3-0 on 1/2" riser, i recently got a g33 to go with it but i am still unsure about it, helpful for zeroing but the flip mount leaves me cold. i think just a qd mount would be better, either on the rifle or off the rifle as i am just a paper puncher.

the aimpoint 6x magnifier is interesting also.
