What is your most confortable (ergonomic) gun?

Steyr-mannlicher L mannlicher. Fit me like a glove, just couldn't get past the cheesey plastic bottom metal, and crazy thin side walls on the stock. I should have measured up the stock before selling up.

61 year old .... .250-3000 24" bbl
56 year old .... .308 also 24" bbl
Both have a nice balance ..... easy fit.
The .250-300 is my favorite ....

Oh, yeah. My 99 in .250-3000 fits like it was made for me. Nothing else comes close.

Ok, my favorite in terms of fit, must be my BRNO Mod 2 Lux. Not a 'hunting calibre', but by far my most comfortable.

My most comfortable rifle is my M98 Husky in 9.3x62 because I took the time to fit the semi-inlet stock to myself. A little change of pistol grip angle and length. A little more LOP. Shave the comb just so. Voila...it fits.

760s fit me well as do 870s.

I was going to say 760 as well.

LOP was a bit long for me after the recoil pad I installed so I trimmed 3/4" off the stock but definitely my favorite rifle.
Not to mention I've been hunting with it for 30 years as too!

I am a lover of stocks in the "Classic" design...no cheekpiece, no Monte Carlo Comb.

Thus the 700 Classics are my favorite, Ruger 77s are good, and I also have 2 PH Model 81 "Classics" that feel great in my hands.

My most ergonomic rifle was a Remington Classic M700 .35 Whelen. It just fit with no fuss, and handled perfectly. Of course I sold it.

6'1" 200lbs here and I'd have to agree with the Marlin 336 pistol grip for shooting peeps or iron sights.
Pretty sure I packed a Lee Enfield Mk 4 in another life, because when ever I handle one it feels very familiar.

I find most guns fit me pretty well but for pure comfort pistol grips and thumb hole stocks have it as far the wrist angle is concerned. I shoot traditional stocks with my thumb to the outside, parallel with the receiver, and not crossed over the stock like most people. This position allows for a relaxed wrist angle, quick access to the bolt, and I never bump my nose on my thumb.....
