What is your next handgun going to be?

I've been lusting over an STI Spartan in 9mm. I just bought my first pistol last summer a Sig P226 in 9mm and really enjoy shooting it.
I need to upgrade my reloading equipment a single stage press does not cut it any more.

I really like the 1911 platform and the Spartan appears to be a bargain.

Two 9mms in the safe? Extravagance?

I'd like to get a Glock 19. Handled one not too long age and it fit well in my hand. Better than the g17. I think the extended barrel doesn't look too bad. I'd want a blued barrel though. Is it possible to find that?

Lone Wolf (available from Questar) is available in a blind-marked, black-oxided version. IGB (available from Sporteque) is black-oxide over Tenifer, so it matches the Glock.

There is a Glock factory-threaded barrel for the G19 that is widely available in Europe and the United States. You may or may not be able to find a retailer who can export it to you in Canada.

Both Lone Wolf and IGB barrels, as well as other brands, are also available threaded.

These barrels are an exclusive to AcuSport, who began taking orders from Dealers in January.

Yeah, but can we buy the G19 in Canada with the factory barrel? Nobody wants to buy a barrel twice. PM me if you know of one. I don't want to derail this thread anymore. Thanks for the info!
