I'm currently using the Ergo grip as it works great for both left and right handed shooters. I tried the MIAD grip on a friend's rifle and it wasn't as comfortable but it could have been the type of insert he used. But the MIAD is still a good product.
 
I bought my AR with the idea of pimping it out but I just can't do it. I run a stock chit house Bushmaster in plain vanilla flavour with no mods at all.

I would like to see some pics of the various types. Does the grip really matter all that much with these rifles?

I think I might drop in a new trigger group one of these days but that's about it...
