What kind of CZ75 is this?

I saw a CZ 75 in a store today but it was a little different than the one I have. The one in the store was marked as a new CZ75B but it had an ambidextrous safety and what looked like an external metal guide rod (sort of looks like what you'd find on a 1911) poking out of the slide beneath the barrel. My 75B, which I just bought new a month ago doesn't have an external guide rod. Anybody know what model this might be? Could it be an 85B (not a combat because it had stock fixed sights)?
 
sounds like an 85B, the difference between the 75 and 85 is the ambi safety and slide release, the 'B' has some "improvements" like a firing pin lock and recurved trigger guard that were primarily added for the US market
 
I own two CZ75s; one pre 'B' in 9mm and one post 'B' in .40 S&W. The 9mm has a 'non-ambi' safety and an 'enclosed' guide rod and spring. My .40 has an ambi safety and full length giude rod and spring. I have never seen any other 75s that don't match the above.
