I am using crushed walnut (lizard litter) and I add a few cut up used dryer sheets with turtle wax on them. So far so good.

I might look into the plastic once I use up my 50lb bag of walnut.

I was using the RCBS walnut media with the little white powder. I switched to corncob media the walnut stuff was too dusty. I am tempted to use the plastic media but I'm afraid that it will get stuck in my 223 cases.

Now the cool part.... make the plastic alittle damp and let the cases dry a day after cleaning... the media just pours right out!

Some comments about the price of crushed walnut, I get mine from Intercity Industrial Supply in Thunder Bay, 50 lb. bag for $15.00. Commercially it is used for sand type blasting on vehicles. Try your local Industrial supply companys if you want some, squirt in abit of Peek polish and you get excellent results.
