Chargers Marks II, III nd IV for the .303 round. All three were issued during the First World War, but the Mark II (the one with the slots) was discontinued during that war because of difficulty of manufacture. The III and IV were quicker and easier to make. Tose two stayed in production until the end of the .303 era.
It appears as if yours are BLUED, which indicates faily early manufacture. They started using Parkerising during the Second War, even paint on some and the final oneshad some kind of aful sparkly finish that did NOT like to let your cartridges fed properly.
If you are looking for Moisin-Nagant chargers, Trade-Ex has them.
If you don't have a .303, these should go to comeone who has one.
They will be marked with something to indicate the manufacturer, too. Usually this is something like B in a circle for BSA, DA for Dominion Arsenal (Canadian) E for Eley Brothers and so forth.
Guys who are looking for them will generally kick a buck apiece. Take care of them and they last forever.
Neat!
