What kind of terrain do you hunt in?

it's one of my dreams to go hunting up in the Arctic

I know y'all from the Middle East are used to people from the left coast telling you BC is the best place on earth, but I quite often miss the prairies and I would love to see Ontario! Would love even more to hunt and fish the province. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.

I swear, where I am currently hunting in ontario has to be the rockiest, thickest, wettest most annoying place on this planet. The deer are camouflaged ninjas, and the land is unforgiving. Whatever happened to those scenic meadows, with light wind blowing presenting the perfect youtube-able shot that I saw so many times before actually getting into it.

And after all of that... I keep going back and find it very beautiful...

I have hunted every type of eco system from high arctic ice and tundra to equatorial rainforest and sea level boreal rainforest through central plateau prairies to above treeline scrub and rock up to 18.000 ft...........

I live in Saskatchewan - so no picture is necessary - just imagine sorta flat, swampy, mosquito infested. Pretty much sums it up.
