Mora knives. they're inexpensive, easy to sharpen and hold an edge for almost forever. Especially the carbon blades. My $11.00 knife will do a whole deer without sharpening.

great to ask the question from consumers...can i turn it back to you from a business point of view?

are you looking to carry something more "tactical" or "outdoors"?
A product line that is mostly fixed blades, mostly folders, or a combo of both?
more economical and higher volume or higher end and lower volume?
something that a lot of other gun stores carry or more niche?

most knife companies will want minimum orders and it is also important to consider merchandising given the size of your store and other products you sell.

for example, I could see someone who spends the money on Sitka hunting gear to get a companion Bark River fixed blade for hunting...not sure they would want an Emerson tactical folder to go with it lol.

World Knives was taken out by the plandemic. They offered a unique selection of products I have not seen anywhere else. I guess the fact they went out of business is an important thing to consider from a small business standpoint as well. I find a lot of knives reviewed say on Dutch Bushcraft Girls chan :D are unobtanium. There are supply chain problems as they say. Another important fact to consider.

It seems Cold Steel Inc. stuff is a good compromise between availability, quality, and $. The same for similar makes - probably.

We are looking for proven brands that offer a reasonable variety of options for different purposes. We will definitely be looking into each of the brands listed here and determine if they fit our clients needs!
