What looks to be a Winchester 1887/1901 12ga

Can anyone verify that this is a model 1887/1901 12ga (12 stamped on the top of the barrel)
Bore is pitted but not awful
A couple of the screw heads are a little burred
Wood is actually decent

Would really like to know the value of one of these

I love mine...It's actually a higher-grade one than most with lots of chequering. I paid $800 for it at auction, but i think folks were asleep that day. It's a 10ga and gorgeous.
