What make is this 12 gauge semi auto?

If the last resort to proper gun function is lube, then lube it is. As mentioned I have encountered that once in over 20 different long recoil actions. Three times I was able to solve stubborn cycling issues with carnauba wax. A quick mag polish with wax allowed the action to work before resorting to lube.

Problem is most people go straight to the lube without attempting any other option, and often times those result it poor user experience with long recoil actions
 
Had a total right shoulder replacement. It was a full year before my strength was back. Rigorous rehab work with the Theraband every day but it was worth it as there is no more pain. Totally threw my shot off, I couldn't even ground sluice a chicken with my 16a. Had to go back and start all over from the basics. Take the rehab work very seriously and good luck with it.

I didn't have the reverse... I don't know if there is any difference in recovery time. My operation was 11 am May 3rd and I was discharged 11 am May 4th. I am surprised at how well it is going...

Reminds me of the year I dislocated my shoulder and tore up my rotator cuff. It was the worst waterfowl season ever. I couldnt lift the gun up and couldnt hit a thing when i did. Sh!tty times to say the least
 
Defitnetaly Ithaca SKB missing the brass medalion, got it's little brother 20g and they did not come with recoil pad.
