What model Browning semi?

Thanks for your comment. RCMP FRT says B80 was made in 1984 and that serial number is ten digits on LH side of receiver, so I don't think so. Though this one's had it rough I still think it's probably older than that. Regards

Ditto the 2000.

And that gas system needs assembled correctly.

Just noticed, only due to pic,that the lower left rear corner of receiver says Browning 2000!

This piece has a worse problem than that. The action is seized; I have tried to photo inside there where something may be lodged or even sheared, but it might be the Extractor or Extractor Spring Plunger. Normal tricks did not free the breech bolt so I stopped for now, soaking the breechbolt more as the operating lever isn't really free, though the bolt shouldn't be locked in that position...

1975 B2000 .you may be able to find a schematic either on the browning site or the numrich site that may assist in disassembly. Ps the owners manual is available on the Browning site .
