what non restricted 9mm carbine?

I am switching over to a NR carbine.

What have you had and what are your experiences?

I have my eye on a CX4... but that plastic hammer and crappy trigger

Is there a better NR 9mm carbine out there?

very hard to find that kit in Canada

I would go with a thureon defense with a bunch of spare firing pins and slap in an ar trigger

You get the Sierra Papa kits form Az####k Arms in the Okanogon. They aren't cheap but they work well.

Cx4 for me too.

Plastic hammer is a non issue.

Trigger is not great... But it is not a target rifle.... And yeah... you can get the upgrade
