1911 barrel bushing wrenches

Excellent idea!

Sling plates for AR's. $25 is an obscene price for a bit of plate

Another good one: some of those flat plate sling adapters (for various makes and types) can be very expensive.

ALSO, for those with the "bottle opener" idea how about a round one, palm sized (about 2.0-2.5" round) that looks like an AR bolt face?

Chemist, you can have that idea free (or for giving me one would be cool). It would be as popular as really cheap 7.62x54R surplus... :p

AR500 targets. Maybe various sizes like A/B IDPA zones. Maybe some 8" rounds. If you could fashion some kind of mount for a 2x4 with a stand so that all you would need is a 2x4 to mount it.
There is no real canadian supplier of that kind of targets.

SVT-40 wretch'...pretty much everyone who needs one has to order one out of the USA as they are rare and so not EVER come with the rifles.

2 pc Business cards in 0.010-1/32 stainless... With MOA calculators or bullet drop calculators a-la slide rule cut into them... Cheap, fast, and oh so pretty...

Another thing you could do are credit or business card sized bill folds, bookmarks for shooting logs/journals, stencils (cut into the bookmark)... Wallet stencils that you can make impromptu targets on with the use of a Sharpie... Silhouette zombies... Lots of people are annoyed with paying for targets all the bleeping time...

Trinkets like wind chimes or twirlies that you can bend from a single cut on the waterjet...

Bolt pulls for extraction for those AR guys who have issues... you know who you are...

Or you could always cut twinkies and pizza on the machine... Great for parties and bar-mitzvahs...

Really... What can't you cut with a jet of water screaming at 17 times the speed of sound?

Great ideas ,, I'd buy some

How about a tool steel, Peter Atwood-esq AR15 multi tool. I can imagine a spanner, front sight tool, small punch and a screwdriver on the same bit of steel. A bottle opener can't hurt too.

You could make fancy firing pins for 10/22s. Over length for lightened triggers. Extra weight for some folks, lighter weight for others.

You could change the geometry of the tip to your own proprietary shape for improved ignition...

Any gun with a flat part is fair game.

There several firearms with stamped sheet metal receivers. I can't think of one that isn't prohib, so you could always reinvent one and roll the dice with the RCMP's technical section. You'll need a little more tooling than a water jet though. But I bet anything you turn out would be a huge step forward from what these guns were in the past.

Failing that, a bottle opener with some sort of gun related theme would probably end up getting added to one of my future orders.

The Snody Crisis Card comes to mind too.
