What powder in Marstar surplus Swedish ammo?

Anyone know what powder is in those? Also, can the bullets be sold to people shooting 8mm Mausers? Also, how do you get the primers our so you can sell the brass?

If it is for a gun or system in use before 1945, they are fine.

What weapons fire 7.92X63? Never heard of the cartridge before now. BTW Lucky the page says you can use the bullets to reload in 8mm Mauser.

I read something about rechambering to .338-06 but I may be mistaken.

You can rechamber a 8mm mauser, but the mag takes a bit of tuning to handle the slightly longer case. It's essentially 30-06 length, so it's doable.

- bullets are 218gr 0.323", which are fine for 8mm Mauser; and
- empty the powder, deprime or otherwise kill the pirmers, and sell the brass for scrap.

depends on the rifle, no problems in a K98k, but i can't get them to stabilize in a portugese 904/39. not sure how the twist rate compares between the two rifles.
