+1 for the Pacific beam scale.
Mine got a Hornady sticker early in its life, and has been doing excellent service for more than 30 years.
No batteries to wear out, impervious to the HVAC system, and robust enough to handle all my reloading chores.

I had an RCBS 10-10 on EE recently buyer backed out - sometimes the new generation does not understand what a good thing is when they see it. I also have an RCBS 5-10 that never needs batteries and I watch/listen to either YT or Podcasts when I am reloading.
I use a little Lyman digital scale. Used one for years, but I think I bumped it. It went haywire, so I bought another one. I calibrate it with the supplied weight before each use. I've loaded a pile of ammo using that scale. Works for me. Never did replace the batteries in the first one.
I use the GenPro 300, for the past 8 years. I closely observe the tare weight numbers which seem to fluctuate, from time to time. I’ve evolved to read the scale and know when it’s time to recalibrate. I haven’t tested it to confirm it’s accuracy with another scale, however, accuracy has been on par for all my rifles on paper.

I've got an older 5-0-5 RCBS that works well. I'm told the newer ones aren't as good.
On a related note, the webcam and monitor idea is interesting. Having never used a webcam, I've got a question .. which will show how old I really am.. do you need a computer to link/interface the 2 together or just the cam and the monitor?? Instinct tells me you need the "box" to process the signal, but I'm hopeful that you don't.
If it's just the 2 components (cam and monitor), I'm stopping on the way home tonight for a webcam. I've got an unused flat screen monitor collecting dust in my office.
If it's the former, I have enough clutter around my bench as it is.

I have an old desk that I use as my reloading bench. Nice to be able to sit in a great chair and enjoy the reloading process. I have the scale set at eye level so I can read it well, and my trickler beside it. It sits on a 3/8" glass shelf. Then the work at hand in front of me on the desk.
Lots of led mounted lights, on the press, above the scale, and on the shelf below the scale, all lighting up the work area.

Cheap laptop to monitor via HDMI cable. Web cam to laptop. Power cord. It’s easy and well worth it.

I use my Lyman digital to get close, then drop it in the RCBS 5-0-5 scale to tune the charge. Digital scales (any I have used in the past), in my experience, are consistently less accurate than a reliable beam scale. The RCBS scale will indicate individual grains of cylindrical powders and one or two grains of ball. Hard to beat that.

Lyman M5 balance beam scale. probably older than I am as it was my father in laws before it was mine.
