What price would you like to see for LC .223 55gr FMJT bullets??

u can get winchesters at cabelas south of us for $90ish per 1000. Sometimes on sale for cheaper. I think the 100 dollar mark is the sweet spot.
 
'Paid $1200 for 12k of Hornady 2267B's which are a nice quality projectile...
So... Same or less.

I thought I would throw it out there & see what people are thinking. The quantity I have to buy is quite large & a large financial investment. I don't want to sit on them a long time.
So why not ask the question instead of assuming.

If the quantity is that large, you might be best off to skip the smaller quantity sales until a large portion of it is sold. Most guys loading .223 Rem are not re-using the same 50 cases, but loading 500-1000 at a time. I'd be tempted to sell in 5000 bullet lots for $600 or less if you can swing it.
 
Henry, I think that you are a gentleman for even asking. Props to ya! I am interested in them, and agree that for such bullets $100/1000 would be nice. I bought my last batch of Winchester 55 grain fmj's for $8.99/100 with no shipping. That was five years ago though, so we all realize that prices more often than not go up rather than down.
 
Personally I believe that access to free bullets should be recognized as a fundamental human right by any enlightened society. Then again, I'd settle for access to free wheel weights being recognized as a human right instead... I'm willing to compromise.

I believe there are multiple dealers in the EE who offer them for $125/1000, so you need to be cheaper than that.

The reigning best deal down south is Widener's, at $82/1000, and their market is much more competitive than ours, so I don't expect anyone up here to match that.

Looks to me like $100 is where it's at. Being located out west, I would be inclined to buy from my BC supplier unless your offer negated the effect of taxes and shipping. All of this has been said already, I just wanted to add my vote.
