im not even sure what im looking at. is that a bump fire? or is that an auto? im guessing its a bump fire and a way to try and get around the law?

No it isn't. Thats why i'm asking. Its bump fired. You have to slide the firearm forward with you control hand. It slides back because of recoil and reset the trigger and when you slide it forward again it fires because the trigger gets pulled. If it was obvious I wouldn't be asking. Also read the video description. It explains that the rifle isn't full auto.

Nope, let me phrase the question better for you though, herp derp herp derp derp durhrhhh?

Lacks any mechanical parts, and requires the operator to use their own muscles. Like pulling a semi auto trigger as fast as you can.
