What scope and rings should I get?

scope

Check out pricing at Wholesale Sports. Their catalogue prices are going down by a fair bit. The Marlin I just bought went down $70 between the cat I have and when I bought. They stock a lot of Leupies. Got my VXIII2.5-8 and also got my Bushnell 4200 4-16 there as well and prices were good then. Maybe better now. Cost you nothing to look and their whole catalog is on line. Oh yeah, almost forgot. I have a VX1 3-9 I bought on Ebay for under $200 cdn so far (still coming in-should see it this week). This one is for my Ruger 10/22.

Check out Leupold web page, they have an alert for counterfeit Leupold scopes, according to them "almost exclusively tactical products".

I am also looking for a scope for my new Kimber, and Leupold is high on my list, but after buying a Kimber (even if it is only the Hunter), there is no much money left.

I got tired of Bushnell scopes craping out on me or being a bit blurry always, so I went to Leupolds and haven't looked back, I too have scored some sweet deals off eBay, Tomorrow I will go to the post office to pick my Vari-X III 4.5-14X40 AO fine duplex with flip up scope covers plus rings (eBay $402.50).

For my 1967 Canadian Centenial 10/22 Rifle I place a set of Leupold Rifleman see-thru scope mounts (eBay $5 new) and a nice little 3-9X33 upstairs.
This gun is much inproved in the way of flexability to use either or for sights in different situations, like tight under brush and grouse (open sights), or the grouse siting 100 yards out on a stump (scope).

Hey does anyone know where I guy can find an old plastic but plate for the Centenial 10/22, mine broke on me. This but plate is flat not rounded over the top like most of the newer one.
