What Scope

Never had a scope on my deer rifle before but nows the time.
Going to by a Redfield Revoltution this weekend but not sure which one.
Thick bush so I'm thinking 2-7x33. I would like to reach out 200yd max. Will this do it. Would 3-9x40 be to much for a bush scope? Going on a 270win.
 
would a 3-9x40 dialed down work ok in the bush? I can't see myself shooting over 200yd where we hunt in Ontario. Be nice to have that power though.
 
Well thanks for the imput brother. 3-9x40 I think it will be. I can always put it on my 223 if I'm not happy. Thanks again.
