I'm partial to the marlin model 60 myself. Especially the laminate stainless version.

I own one as well. great guns, very accurate out of the box, not to picky on ammo like the 10/22 and much cheaper.

Funny you mention 10/22. I just bought a stainless steel 10/22 that should be here in a couple days
