How about a rifle chambered for the 12.7 x 108 round.
I bet that is easier and cheaper to get from former ComBloc countries than 50BMG (aka 12.7 x 99mm) from anywhere.

as long as its price is affordable

.50 is too hard to get ammo and components for outa the states, we need a new supply source. If 12.7x108 was availible and reloadable, people would buy it.

We have lots of X108 available, but same issues as 14.5. The combloc only used API and APIT. Speak to your government. Berdan steel cases, but very, very, very cheap.
