If it's in .454 Casull, then .45 Colt would work too, and that's pretty cheap and popular.
What limits do we have CanAm? What is plausible?
The .460 XVR is the gun. The round is the .460 S&W.
I would never ask for a tube-fed rifle in .460 S&W (look at the tip).
Oh, and the barrel needs a progressive rifling. It would NOT be a budget gun.
Another alternative would be the .357 Maximum (a beefed up .357 Magnum which is a beefed up .38 special which is far more popular than .44 Magnum).
short but not to short 1897 clones with pistol and full stock...just over 26inches with the pistolgrip would be nice!
