What store has the T97 display model?

I just think it is about ergonomics. Safety is way at the back. The mag release is in a weird placement and not conducive for quick release. Trigger seems more crispier than a Tavor. Feels that there is no "mushiness". Just want to know how it would fare when it is is put up into its paces.

I had a closer look at that Chinese army shooting competition propaganda video, Quick mag changes are not impossible, it is just different than what people are used to.

But the mag release is not the same on the Canadian model

Had chance to handle it at Reliablegun ... mag release is in an ideal location ... (....for left handed shooters) .. safety is set way in the back.
Small and light rifle.... good balance holding the grip. Trigger better than Tavor than Reliablegun had on hand.

Handled it at Reliable too. Seems pretty decent for its price. Look really tiny compare to the Tavor. Better trigger but balance felt a tiny bit front heavy. Also require a rail mount adapter for mounting scopes and since the handle is made of polymer, and the adapter seems to be the slide/snap in type so I wonder how good will it hold zero.

The rail sold by CanAm comes with 4 nuts and bolts. Loctite that ish and she'll hold zero no problem.

Saying the tavor also plastic isn't fair at all

It's not same grade plastic. T97 is loose and tavor is much more solid

Also tavor's reciver is one piece T97 isn't

I think $900-1000 still too much for what it is

I may pick up a used one for $800 or less later but not for $900-1000

Well I have a tavor And when we went reliable guns they do have both t97 and tavor side by side

So anyone can tell the material are different easily

I agree, by the looks of it it should be a 6-700$ gun new. It looks pretty low quality. But it will sell for 1000 because it is the only bullpup below 2500$ I will save my pennies for a Tavor, or wait and pick up a used T97 for 700$
