Completely agree, had everything else and I have switched to only these slings. And they’re a good price.

Another vote for the Vickers sling
For the stock , check out Impact Weapons Components Mount -N-Slot Sling Attachment , it's a QD sling point that fits in the sling slot on the stock with out any mods .
For the front , Vickers make a Strap Adapter with a quick release or use one of their wire loops with a QD socket .

These things were designed in the old days. This is how you would rig these back in the days:




This kind of sling attachment position and method are not "tactical" by today's standard......but you do what you need to do if you are stuck with this kind of stock and sling swivel.

Don't do it.

You'll regret it when you go to hit the bolt release, change a mag, grab the charging handle, try to use it in a three gun match etc.

Buy a two point or single point, not a 3 point with the extra strap.

That they do. I was completely blown away at the weight difference between a Vickers and the Gear Dynamics sling. I used to swear by the Vickers, now it feels like strapping a brick on my rifle.
