What the heck is this thing?

This was in my local surplus shop... The guy swears up and down it is a "lee enfield tool". I've looked at my and other people's rifles and can't find a use for it. Anybody have any ideas?

It is used to remove the buttstock and pistol grip on a mk1 Bren gun.

The slotted end is to remove the inner nut on the buttstock. I have just about pulled my hair out trying to remove that nut without the tool, thinking it was seized. But with the tool the nut came off easily.
 
Is it heavy, can you throw it when your Enfield runs out of bullets?

I guess my contribution to this thread is not really necessary now that Stencollector has ruined the fun by actually answering the question.

Looks like some cousin of the AR tool, or a key for a vending machine.
