What does everyone do with their bird carcasses?

ive been reading that many people just cut the breasts out but what to do with the rest of the body?

I live in a residential neighbourhood, so i cant really just dump the leftovers to feed the wildlife.

Dumb question alert: Can they go into the compost bin?

Meat in compost bin bad, every raccoon will come to dine there. Compost is for vegetable matter, organic, grass, leaves etc only no meats or fats

Lots of stuff goes in a Green Bin, and not just vegetable matter.

Ive put my geese/duck remains in the composter. Im up in Orillia, so not as many weird looks... but still turns some heads.

Put it in a bucket in the freezer till Garbage day. Then throw it in a compostable bag and throw it in the green bin. Like all other meat scraps.

Breasts, legs and neck are consumed....the rest is thrown in the garbage. I’ll leave the carcassas for the critters if I’m still in the bush, otherwise, there are too many birds to be hanging onto stuff so I’ll bag them up and chuck them in the garbage

I live in a city and I field dress my Waterfowl before coming home. I take the breast plate keeping one fully feathered wing for identification and the legs/thighs. Depending on how many I shoot I may take the hearts, livers and gizzards as well. The rest gets left behind. When I get home I cut the breasts off the breast plate and pitch the bones in my regular garbage bin (usually in plastic garbage bags).
