Ya it is at 45 yards I was only getting like 3 inch groups

Try soft heavy conicals. Like 370gn ish. They have a tendancy to group better in a worn/pitted barrel.

I haven't shot a smoker for years, but the one thing I do know for absolute certainty is your experience is enough reason to buy a new gun, but then again so is the fact it's Wednesday.........
