IMR4895 is not particularly temperature sensitive.

The Australian powders (ADI "AR" series, sold here as Varget, H4895 etc under the Hodgdon "Xtreme" banner) are supposedly more temperature stable than regular single base stick powders such as the IMR series and the VV N100 series

Double base stick powders (Reloder series, VV N500 series) are somewhat more temperature sensitive.

Ball powders (H3335, W748, BL-C(2) etc) tend to be even more temperature sensitive.
 
In my Nemesis, my pet load is R-15, 155 gr Lapua Scenars, BR-2, in the best conditions, it is a sub half MOA load up to 800 metres, it is my most constant load, it's not a hot load, i push it just south of 2800 fps...
The Reloader serie are great powders... JP.

What Weight bullet are you running? 170+ I would go with N550, 168 or less and I would use N540.

Personally I use N550 with 168 hybrids and 185 Hybrids.

My current load is 168 Hybrid Match with 46.7gr of N550.
 
I'm shooting 165gr sierra game kings. Remington brass and CCI BR 2 primers. BENCHMARK is the powder. 42.5gr Gives me around 2600fps out of a 22" barrel in a savage model 11 trophy hunter.. This will give me consistence 3/4" groups @ 200
 
Try 49 grains of CFE-223... After working up to this load with the 165/168 SST/BT's all I could say was WOW! Blew my old Varget favorites outta the water.
 
I am currently using IMR 4320. It has worked very well for my and I am using the Hornady Match 168 grain BTHP's. Very easy to work with and meter.

I want to shoot this fall, and not buy expensive barget elsewhere.

I tried some loads with TAC, will try sunday maybe, will report, but until then, wondering.

Dude, you have TAC and you are looking for varget?
TAC is hard to find in Canada and is better than varget.
