What to use on leather holsters?

My recommendation for leather treatment is Obenauf's.
The more viscous Leather Oil to start if really dry/cracked. Otherwise, the Heavy Duty LP for regular use and care.

Might as well ask people what brand of pop is best. Gonna get as many different answers most likely.
If it's got cracks, I agree with Trident...it's done as far as functionality
And you can champion whatever brand you like...it better have Lanolin in it.
No expert here, but I do a little leather work... got a Singer 26 against my living room wall and lots of Leather to play with.
In a hurry, smear it on heavy & turn the hair dryer on it... it'll soak in real fast.
If it is primarily a Wall Hanger, entertain wax to finish. My Wallhangers are all burned rifles, so they don't have leather LoL...but I think it can make 'em shine IIRC

leather is best treated with neatsfoot oil.....from any saddle shop or harness maker and i know its available at wilton tack in wilton ontario....nothing better for 100 years no guff... don

Neatsfoot oil is fine for the leather but will rot the stitching. As stated above you'll get more answers about leather conditioning than asking a room full of economists what the stock market is going to do. A lot of the answers depend on what you're doing with the holster. Working leather whether it be a saddle, tack or holster calls for different stuff than something that's going to be put in a drawer or display case. For the latter do some searches on museum conservation of leather. I live on the Florida Gulf Coast so mold is an issue with leather stuff in storage. I use Renaissance Wax. It was developed for the British Museum for protecting leather, wood and metal artifacts. It stops the mold problem and gives good protection. When dry and buffed with a soft cloth is is a hard finish that will not attract dust and dirt. I also use it on edged weapons and the machined surfaces of woodworking equipment like the top of my table saw. My bayonets are stored in a non-air conditioned garage and with Ren Wax I have no rust issues at all.
