I need a little more weight in my 525. The reasion I have used this gun much is I have alsways felt the recoil was just a little to much. I have added 8oz's to the buttstock and I would like to add a tad to the front to up the weight a little move the ballance point a bit further forward. I'm gonna add and subract some here and there until I get it the way I want.

The problem is there is next to zero room between the forend and the barrels to put anything in there. Any suggestions on what to use or do??

Right now its 8lbs 9oz. 9.5 lbs is about the max I'm heading for.

There are barrel weights available for o/u guns. You could probably get a gunsmith or reasonable talented machinist to make up something like them. Here are a couple of links (suitably chilled). Just cut and paste in your browser.

I use a removable barrel weight. You can move it up and down the barrel to find the best location balance wise.

I have also seen some cool fabrication jobs to add weight between the two barrels.

Two Shotshell holders (one on the receiver, and on on the stock), tac light, red dot scope on a picatinny rail...etc etc. ;) :D
