What truly obsolete chambering would you like to see make a comeback?

With the resurgence of the not obsolete, though certainly in recent times waning, .450-400 3", .404 Jeffery, .450 Nitro, and even new chamberings of the .250 Savage (for most of those listed, thanks Ruger and Hornady) what would you like to see next?

I'm particularly intrigued by the .318 Westley Richards, actually in the process of having custom tooling made for my favourite barrel maker to do up a couple barrels therefor, but that'll be another thread. So that's my pick, the .318 with it's heavy for caliber .330" bullet is just a .338-06 with more class and history in my eyes. The #2 curiousity for me has recently become 6mm Lee Navy, might be my next oddball foray. .350 Rigby Mag would likely be my #3.

Your pick? .219 Zipper? .303 Savage? .30 Newton? .350 Rigby Mag?

I would like to see 25 rem and 38/40 rem come back(not likely) for my rem14 and 14 1/2. Even the brass is getting tough to get a hold of.

35 or 30 Newton. Or have they already? The "new" ultramags look awfuly similar
50-110 Winchester, 50-90 Sharps.

the 7mm Vom hoffe super express + the rifle it was built for .The rifle was beautiful & the cart. puts dam near all 7mm's to shame

9x57. Just because I'm a x57 case fan.

Same here, and the one I've considered building is the .375 Rimless Nitro Express (RNE) 2 1/4", better known as the 9.5x57 Mannlicher-Schönauer. Seems a nice, mild mannered hunting cartridge with excellent lethality that doesn't cause me to buy a whole new bore diameter of bullets, as I'm glued to the .375 H&H already.

I have a 9.5X57 Mannlicher that I loaned to My Brother in the Yukon and its coming back home to me since his passing.
He considered it to be a superb Moose and Bear rifle but for his Bison hunting a 404 Jeffery was his pet.

I'm currently playing with a 256 Newton built on a pre-64 Winchester by Bill Leeper and hopefully he will build a 30 Newton to go with it..

The 9.5x57 would be really cool! There are lots of great mild mannered cartridges based on the 57 case and one could hunt quite happily with them.
