What type of Deer are you looking for

At this point as long as it's a safe shot...I'll take the first one I see! lost count how many times I've been out... first thing in the morning, noon, late afternoon, dusk, been in a stand, walking ETC...yada yada

moral is getting low.

Prob nothing. If I do shoot it is most likley a dry doe, spike buck, or a buck that I think is not the type that should be passing on its triats.

A nice buck like i shot a few years ago, i was driving around my uncles field to get to a spot by the river bank, had a new truck with the panic alarm on the key when i shut off the truck to get a look at the deer the panic alarm went off i thought the buck would have been long gone but he actually started to walk towards the truck. I jumped out of the truck walked towards him when i got far enough from the truck i fired at that point he was only 26 yds from me and i was 67 yds from the truck.

Well if I can get away from work and get to N.S. For a week in November Im hoping to take A Nice 8 pointer If one should walk by but if he dosent and its comming down to last light on the last day and there is a dry doe in front of me I think i miht have to fill the doe tag. Have to wait and see I guess

31 5/8" wide,only weighed 234 lb field dressed.
