What type of scope?

what type of scope would you put on a 50cal NEF inline muzzel loader??

I prefer a circle-x reticle, or a shotgun turkey scope. I ust the Trophy circle-x myself on a T/C. The reason for a shotgun scope is the percussion. The reason also for my choices is that I sight in accurately with the crosshairs, then when hunting as long as the circle covers the vitals you can shoot and knock it down quicker. When hunting I don't usually look at the hairs, just the circle. Others may not agree totally, but I haven't missed or lost one yet.

I have a nikon prostaff in 4x32mm It's not mounted yet but it's going on a cva wolf.

I like open sights on a muzzleloader, but I use a 1.5-4.5x32 Bushnell on my bush rifle. It is a nice clear scope with a huge field of view set at 1.5.

I have a Burris ShortMag 2-7x26 coming very soon. I picked this up because I wanted a small scope (9.5" long) with a good eye relief (3.75" at high end). When mounting the scope, take into accound the rear sight placement; my T\C Omega has been a bit of a pain for getting a proper scope placement without removing the rear sight.
