What upgrades does a cz 858 require if any

My brother spent 2 years modding his six ways from sunday. In the end, returned it to stock as he figured out he was chasing a solution to a problem that didn't exist.

Note - if you are going to mod. Keep your original parts somewhere where you can find them.

Biggest thing I can say is,

A) buy at least 2x the ammo you think you need. It's cheap, fun, and you burn through more than you'd expect.

B) Consider a muzzle brake. $30 and makes a difference in accuracy.

Nice and handy the way it is. No need hanging tactical s**t off of it.

LIAR!

Everyone knows that man and beast alike fear Picatinny!!!

The gun is pretty good stock, but people with big sandwich-clamps like me have a hard time with the small grips. I'm a big fan of forward vert grips and reflex sights, so the FAB front is FAB! ..man that was ###.

Could a stock gun do this though??? well, of course. But it wouldn't scare Libs as much..

Looking forward to Wolverines new front end to co-witness my aimpoint micro.

A FAB pistol grip really improves handling. Mine has a AK-47 rear scope mount. I prefer that to a forward mount and it will allow me to eventually test a DMR configuration one I fix a quality bipod to the forward rail. I like to give my guns a whole wardrobe. Sometimes I dress it up as a tactical rifle, sometimes long range. Nothing keeps you from trying out different makeups.

Oh boy I might have to pickup two one to leave stock and one to dress up...

That's what I did and really enjoy them both. All I'm waiting/hoping for is Infratek to get some more of their PG2 grips in to add to the top one and I'll be happy.

I was wondering if it exist an adapter to fit a A2 buttstock ? Probably not.

Yes but I can't imagine why anyone would want one. The LOP will be rather long and they look kinda funny. M4 stocks work way better and offer the practical ability to adjust your LOP as desired.

Yeah...now speaking of, where are those RT adaptors?!

 :D

After what seems like forever they are on the machines now. I should have production samples in 2-3 weeks and then product shortly after that.

It took me a while to get production back inline but now things are looking good.

Perhaps a couple of turns of rubber bands around the grip just to give it girth at the right place. Or if you're fancy, try to slip on a small model Hogue Handall grip on that slippery handle.
PP.
