What was your first pistol/revolver

First shot a High Standard Sentinel 6", I was around 14 or so. My own collection started in 1978 with a S&W Model 17 6" which I still very much enjoy.

My first shots where taken with my dad's mid-50's H&R 4" .22 lr 6 shot revolver, I was 5 or 6 years old. My first purchase was both a Glock 20 and a S&W 686 back in the early 90's.

OMG...! It was a Bolo Broomhandle in 7.63 mauser, in an outstanding condition, 20 years ago !!!

Sold it a few years after for... a Walther P-38. It was the mistake of my life... :-(

First pistol fired was SW686 w/6" barrel and first owned was SIG P226 and absolutely love the P226 but the power of the 686 will be forever etched into my brain, giggity!

The first one that I shot was my Dad's Colt Woodsman Sport and I was probably about 6 or so. The first one that I bought was a 4" Smith Modell 66 that I got new when I was 17 and still have. It's been bead-blasted, had the hammer spur chopped off (but still has the SA notch onthe hammer) and I milled the front sight off, dovetailed the base and a buddy made a black post front sight for me. It has somewhere in the region of 60-70,000 rounds thru it and one of my boys will end up with it...
