I think not.
The evidence is clear, our country is implementing Agenda2030 the UN sustainable development goals. Our country has been in commitment with the United Nations since 1992. Harper's government passed the Sustainabilities Act in commitment.

If I'm not mistaken at the start of covid Trudeau addressed the country stating he was using the covid plandemic to excelerate the goals of Sustainable development.
O'toole told the country the ban on assault weapons will be maintained.

Has Pierre even made a MSM statement to the country on the lastest ban?
So far crickets from where I am.

Actually, no, that will still be prohibited.

Ending the ban, to most, just means the last one or two bans.

That leaves me and many others up #### crick without a paddle.
 
I am not holding my breath hoping that PP will reverse the HG freeze and reverse bans on long arms. However, if it came to pass I will be selling all my OIC banned rifles, and most of my Handguns. I will be consolidating my collection to only a few pieces.
However, I will be putting up a WTB for a Sig P239, just so I have a spare.

Theoretically I might be able to move to USA as I have skills they need, but realistically I'm getting too old to adapt to a new system, and working down there isn't exactly a picnic.

For handguns I'm pretty simple in my needs. Taurus raging hunter in 44mag as I'd like to hunt a black bear over hounds with a handgun in Maine sometime. Maybe a HK sfp9 and a decent 22lr pistol and revolver for my daughter to play with
As for rifles I've always loved the look and style of the Noreen ulr 50bmg however I have really only 1 place to fire the 50 it would still be fun to own just because

Ammo for a reunion party with all the guys and our rifles that have been put away for awhile would be the first thing I'd buy

PP will not be reinstating our lost rights. We really are a bunch of bozos. No guts in any of us. Just keep handing them over. PP is the new boss, maybe. Same as the old boss. Canadians politely hand over their rights then talk tough to their pals. Sorry bud, but we are just losers. Until we raise a flag and charge the house, theres just more misery coming.... peace out

Yep, in todays day and age, and still theres folks who still believe in government. What a story for generations to come if ever a large contingent of Canadians ever rebelled and fought back against tyranny. Those arabs everyone hates just took down a nation. But not the holier than though uptight Canadian. Seriously, whats wrong with us. We allow corruption to govern us, counting the days to replace it with more corruption. This is not how our species is supposed to roll.
 
Pp has only promised to replace the oic’s with “common sense classification system” I would guess that will look something like all semi autos restricted or prohib with a grandfather clause so he doesn’t have to buy them back. The best we could hope for is that the new classification system is not terrible and an end to the handgun transfer freeze. It’s not going back to the way it was
