What will you feed your new T81??

I think your right anything first gen stay away from even ifntheyve been making these rifles 50 years they havent been making a canadian version 50 years the first ones will no doubt have issues. Even look at the bcl 102 the horror stories are starting to come out about that rifle. Look at the t97 they made it for years before it came to canada still screwed it up

Link to those BCL102 horror stories ?

Been talking to people about the T81. Everyone doesn't want to take a risk at $1000 and not knowing much about it, but if its a dud, I got a few guys said they be interested in buying it used. So that took off pressure of buying it. That being said it should at least entertain me for the rest of the year.

Btw anyone have any feedback on the non-corrosive nornico ammo? Anyone had a bad experience with it?

There always that one guy who looks right past all the good, happy customers posts and finds the one or two issues that guns being broken in have. Fact is the handle was taken care of by sfrc right away. Second fact is that fte issues went away as the gun got broken in.

Good luck getting that sort of service for the type 81.

You're like Cenk from TYT. Says something but has nothing to back up his case so he just starts shouting, "Google it!"

Honestly no clue why anyone is bashing anything new for us Canadians???

Every new firearm in Canada the better but I guess peeps are either jealous or have some grudge with certain dealers that all they can do is whine and ##### about nothing

It's the CGN way...how dare some one try/buy/want/sell/like something new or different in firearms :d . But it's all mildly entertaining at times if nothing else LOL!

I will buy one down the road simply because I can't free up any cash for it right now and it will be eating corrosive ammo all day

I bet they are going to be very well built and reliable firearms. These will be the Poly tech legends Type 56's of Canada.

my 0.02

One can only hope. The legend really is the bench mark for all ak's in the us, its built as a military gun not some casted century arms crap

I think we will be pleasantly surprised. We are getting a run of guns done piggy backed on a military order and from the picture it looks really nice and clean.

I'm beyond excited.
