What would a good IER scope be for my 14?

I'm looking for something to mount on an Ultimak rail. I would like it to be between 2-4 power fixed is fine. Any recomendations?
 
I have a Burris 2.75x on mine. It's mounted on an SA scout mount on my Norc. Leopold has one too. There not a whole lot of selections for IER scopes. I think those are the two brands that manufacture them.
 
There are very few IER scopes available. Leupold has only one such model. I suspect other manufacturers are the same, with only one or two IER scopes in their whole line.
The Leupold model is 2.5 power.
What is your budget for this? That may help narrow down your choices.

I'm not sure exactly how much I wanna spend I want something that will work well and then narrow it down to what is the best buy etc. I saw somewhere that simmons makes one, would it be worth looking at?
