Just got myself a S&W Mp9 range kit today.
Includes: Pistol/3 grips/kydex holster/2 mag holster/4 mags/box/ear plug/trigger lock/speed loader

Price:729$(Not too bad with the canadian money value)

Hold the ppx before buying it, i really love the ppq but that ugly bump on the ppx doesnt fit my hand at all.

PPX, very nice trigger. The bump on the handle fits both myself and my wife well. No extra grips for it though. Only comes with three mags, holster, 2 mag holster, and the case. No mag loader, ear plugs or trigger lock. But you should be able to get it for $550+/-.

Al Flaherty had them at $499.99 but are now sold out. We got one ordered in from our LGS for $575. They ordered it from North Silva.

M&P9 would be my choice, mine has been real good to me. Aside from coming with a right handed holster, I need to find someone to sell it too locally lol. Great holster but I'm a lefty.

Have to agree...it's a really decent pistol ...you wouldn't be dissapointed..

I just went through this decision and ended up going with a M&P 9.
There have been some decent deals lately on the EE too.

The PPX was high on the list and I almost jumped on the $499.99 deal at Al Flaherty's when it was still in stock.
I did a lot of research and started reading some issues appearing on the PPX on the Walther forums with the three piece barrel feed ramp and reliability.

Any gun can have issues but what topped it off is when I heard they were discontinuing the PPX after only 3 years of production.
This didn't give me a comfort feel with the PPX.

I just received the M&P 9 and only put a box through it this morning, but I like how it feels and it cycled and shot well for the first time out.
