What would be your Dream Ar upper receiver?

a2 styled 20 inch upper made by a highly respected manufacturer without a dedicated fanboy movement made with a good price/quality ratio while considering the proper things on an ar15 like good iron sights(with carrying handle and a bayonet lug). Also I would prefer this upper be made in canada or the US.

I would want my Dream AR Upper to shoot 1/2" cloverleafs at 1000 Meters.

.....The upper would also eject the brass de-capped and necked sized into a satin pouch on the table beside me.

I would like to add a KA SR16 upper to my dream list aswell.

Why an "SR-16" upper? It's just an older SR-15 14.5" upper with regular URX handguards with folding sight gas block.

11.5" KAC E3 SR16 midlength URX II with triple tap break.
Basically this rifle with the triple tap substituted.

That's a carbine length gas.
