What would you do? Building and AR question.

At the end of April I purchased a very basic AR15, with the intent of building it into an AR15 to my liking. You know like change the muzzle device, stock and so on.

My question to you is:

With the newly announced "prohibition" would/should this deter me from "upgrading"?

I wont be able to legally shoot it BUT on the flip side, maybe things will work out in our favor before two years is over?

Some of the stuff I plan to change could be saved and put on say an RPR or something if it doesn't work out.

Quite a conundrum!!!! lol

not really....you can't shoot it anyways and if we ever get that ability back, well, you could do the upgrades then.

Seems like a no brainer to me?

I was kinda thinking of doing it as a slow project if you know what I mean. To keep me sane.

I had all the lower parts in the mail including an Andersen lower. I received them on the fourth of May. Unfortunately I did not have any upper or parts ordered.

My AR upgrade plans are on hold, but not cancelled. I’m just going to work on other guns in the meantime.
