So there are two camps here. The "Send it back now" camp, and the "live with it camp". OP i dont know what i would do in your exact situation. If the gun works, shoot it, but then again, almost a grand for blemishes? Seems like the gun companies have got us between a rock and a hard place, and they know it. If the gun doesn't look good, we can return it, but we might not see another one again. If the gun looks good, we shoot it. If it's been shot and doesnt work, it's a warrantee claim, which in canada, can be a f@ckin nightmare. How many of us have had to become amateur gunsmiths because of shoddy quality control?
