What would you do? Leupold scope lost

Sorry to hear about this. Canada Post is brutal, it took 14 days to ship a small package from NW Calgary to SW Calgary. Add insult to injury, the punk who "delivers" in the 'hood put it in my neighbor's box. Always trace/track and insure.

Well, today I went out and bought a brand new scope. .

I wonder what what make of scope you have bought????

You have nothing to loose by sending them the bill. With all this publicity going, I get the feeling they are going to send you a brand new scope for replacement sooner than you are expecting.

I have never had any problems with shipping my Leupold scope to Korth Agency in Okotoks. I did ship it insured. Had the reticle changed in my silver VX3 3.5x10x40 scope from a duplex to the BC reticle in September of 2004. It was a total of maybe 2 weeks turn around, back in my hands ( Shipped Canada Express post back to me ( sign for it). The problem was probably mailing at x-mas time. Sorry for your los and inconvience.
Leupold's warranty in Canada is the best compared to other scope manufacturers.
