What would you reccomend?

This is what I want. I want a bolt action .270, stainless s/s. I want a fluted barrel, with a good solid stock. I'd like a webbing design on the stock. What do you guys suggest? without optics, I'd like to keep the project within the $1500.00 cap.

If you can go without a fluted barrel, buy a tikka t3 and buy a bell and carlson stock from Prophet river

It's very nice. As another poster said, add a Bell & Carlson stock from Prophet River for $299 - they have tan, olive, or black (all with webbing).

Sell the original wood stock for $150 and you are into it for $1210.00 and I can almost guarantee no one at your range will be shooting the same gun.

winchester extreme weather. Fits all your criteria except for the webbing on the stock. The aluminum bedded bell and carlson stock is strong and has a spackled texture but it is all black. If you really desired you could paint some webbing
