I just aquired a Remington 760 from my 79 yr/old dad! He loved this gun and has killed a pile of big game with it. The only markings I see is: Remington 760 GameMaster 30/06 SPRG pump action. Serial number is: 33292. Thanks, Darcy

It has a double YY on the side of the barrel: 1952
