What your furthest pistol shot?

First round I fired out of my SPO1 shadow was at 100m shiloutte. Hit it with the first round unloaded and walked away wasn't going to push my luck. Lol. After that went to the 25m and grouped it love that gun.

Hit the 50 yd plate (2x3 feet-ish) a few times out of 16 rounds with a Norinco 1911. Nailed it every time with the 29. Tried 100 yds and let's just say that I think some of them hit the target holder.

200 Y at the ram silhouette when I was into metallic silhouette.
.357 Mag loaded HOT, 180gr, from a TC Contender pistol.
Fired from the "Creedmore" position. Laying on my back, gun resting along side my leg.

Yes, 200 M with both my Manurhin MR73 Silhouette 357mag revolver. Hornady 180 18gr 680 of which I still have 10 pounds. 5 shots at 200M would do 2 inches.
MY XP100in 7-08 with the attached sights shot 1.5 inches at 150m and 1.75 at 200M. Shoot -off targets were usually were .22 silhouette. A chicken is about 4 inches across. I had good eyes then.

I have a G34 that was doing around 12" at 75y the other day. I wasn't really grouping it, just had a target out there as part of a carbine/pistol transition drill and made the long shot around ten times. Looking at the target later it looked like a cluster around 8" but hard to tell exactly. I didn't give it much thought. It could have been a 12" group.

I dunno about far, but if you are taking lucky shots too, when I was a kid, a friend and I use to go plinking down the street in the sand pit with CO2 pellet guns. Another kid we didn't like much came by and was all impressed we could shoot out bottle caps at 10 yards or so. So being a cocky little sh1t as I was, I brag that I can even hit a quarter, thrown in the air, a la Lucky Luke. And wadayaknow, the little prick takes a quarter out his pocket and says "lets see it then!" . Well, I know I have no chance in hell of hitting it but I could not back down now! So I agree and he throws the thing 20 feet in the air. PING . What... the... now you can imagine my friend is looking at me mouth hanging open as I'm standing there, trying to pretend nothing interesting happened. I think I was 12 or 13 years old. Best god damn summer of my life.

200 meters with a 221 Fireball in an XP-100. Not enough oomph to knock over the silhouette Rams but certainly entertaining to hear the clang on steel. Same distance with 357 Magnum. The most fun was 100 meters on the javalena swinging target at 100 meters with a 25 Auto in a BBy Browning. Needed a little muzzle elevation for that one. Once you had it figured you could hit quite regularly.

I've shot a few 25's but I could never imagine shooting one at 100m!

200 yards at a 3 foot gong. Easy to hit. 12 inch or so gong at 100 I try regularly at our "range" locally. Both with my 5946. I like the idea of being confidant enough with it to take a shot at a man size target at long range. Super heavy trigger, but luckily mine has a clean and predictable break. My sight is pretty much dead on at 100. The small gong is hard as it's completely covered by the sight.
